Randall Coggin, Remediation Projects Specialist

A member of TES since 2007, Randall oversees and performs remediation projects.  Mr. Coggin has 35 years of experience in construction, including the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment. Mr. Coggin has previous experience as an asbestos inspector and management planner.

Mr. Coggin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education and a Master of Education degree from Texas A & M at Commerce, Texas.
