A member of Titanium Environmental Services, LLC (TES) since 2007, Randall oversees and performs remediation projects. Randall has 35 years of experience in construction, including the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment. He has previous experience as an asbestos inspector and management planner.

Randall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education and a Master of Education degree from Texas A & M at Commerce, Texas.
