TES was engaged to review the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC) for a large paper mill in Louisiana. The mill had many large oil storage vessels which triggered the evaluation of the need for a Facility Response Plan. TES revised the SPCC plan to meet current standards and consulted with corporate environmental staff on provisions to avoid the need for a Facility Response Plan.
