TES characterized and closed a historical affected property. Petroleum-contaminated soil was discovered during Phase I and II ESAs. TES conducted a soil and groundwater investigation, spot cleanup, and non-TRRP closure of the site prior to construction of a multi-million dollar industrial facility at the location.
