Environmental Compliance & Quality Control Specialist

Erica Williams is an Environmental Compliance and Quality Control Specialist at Titanium Environmental Services, LLC (TES), where she has been an integral part of the team since 2008. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from West Texas A&M University, Erica has built a strong foundation in environmental science and serves as a project manager for multiple clients in the industrial and energy sectors, responsible for overseeing all aspects of environmental compliance and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Bringing a wealth of expertise in regulatory compliance across multiple program areas, Erica specializes in projects related to wastewater and stormwater; waste; spill prevention; and air compliance, permitting, reporting. Erica also prepares calculations and submits reports for the Toxics Release Inventory, Texas Water Development Board, and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act Tier II Chemical Inventory. To ensure quality data and reporting across all projects, Erica also conducts technical and quality reviews of TES environmental compliance reports and associated data.

With almost two decades of experience at TES, Erica has become a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients. Her extensive knowledge and history with TES make her a go-to resource for advice on complex environmental compliance matters and project strategy.

When not working to assist clients with environmental compliance issues, Erica enjoys tending to her emerging pocket prairie of native wildflowers and grasses she planted at her home to encourage native pollinators and wildlife to visit.
