Environmental Scientist

Ellart joined Titanium Environmental Services, LLC in 2025. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Science in Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where his graduate research focused on bobwhite habitat restoration and scaled quail habitat selection.

Since then, Ellart has worked as an environmental compliance and natural resource consultant, helping clients navigate a wide range of environmental and regulatory topics. His experience includes wetland determinations, threatened and endangered species assessments, forestry, stormwater compliance, and environmental permitting. He brings a practical, field-focused mindset to his work and enjoys finding clear, workable solutions to complex challenges.

Outside of work, Ellart enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, tackling DIY projects, and making mead.
