Anna Claire Williamson
Biologist
Driven by a deep-rooted passion for protecting ecosystems and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse landscapes, Anna Claire Williamson brings a decade of experience in applied environmental science to the Natural Resources Group at Titanium Environmental Services, LLC.
Since 2018, Anna Claire has led field and reporting efforts on a wide range of projects across East and South Texas — including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, hydrological assessments, and stream and wetland functional analyses. Whether she's evaluating restoration success for forested wetlands or identifying hydrocarbon leaks with infrared imaging, Anna Claire combines scientific precision with a strong working knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks, including NEPA, USACE, BLM, and the U.S. Forest Service.
Her toolkit includes GIS spatial analysis (ArcMap), Trimble GPS technologies, and the drafting of key environmental documents such as biological evaluations and surface use plan of operations. She has played a vital role in projects such as:
- Longview Economic Development Projects (Gregg County): Performed Waters of the U.S. evaluations and T&E species assessments to support business park expansions and infrastructure growth.
- XTO Energy Projects (East & South Texas): Led delineation and field assessments across multiple sites, including presence/absence surveys for the Red-cockaded woodpecker, and annual Section 404 compliance inspections.
- Confidential Clients: Conducted voluntary and mandatory LDAR inspections using advanced infrared optical technology, and assisted in SWPPP compliance to protect water quality during active construction.
Prior to her current role, Anna Claire gained cross-functional experience in administrative and public service settings, developing the organizational acumen and people skills that now enhance her field and client-facing work.
