Environmental Scientist

Evan Haley is an accomplished Environmental Compliance Specialist with over a decade of diverse experience in environmental management, health and safety compliance, and operations support across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. Currently with Titanium Environmental Services, Evan specializes in state and federal air permitting, comprehensive environmental audits, and the development of compliance programs including SWPPP, SPCC, Tier II, and TRI reporting.

 Previously, Evan served as HSE Manager at JT Products, where he led the implementation of company-wide health, safety, and environmental initiatives while supporting daily operations and compliance strategy. His career also includes key roles in safety and materials coordination at Primoris Services Corporation and Richard Construction Inc., and environmental management positions at Georgia-Pacific and Flint Hills Resources, where he oversaw regulatory compliance, emissions tracking, waste management, and Title V permitting across multiple facilities.

 Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a focus on Atmospheric Science from Stony Brook University. A former NCAA Division I athlete, he was a starting pitcher on the historic 2012 Stony Brook Baseball team that advanced to the College World Series and served as Co-President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
