Although most industrial facilities discharge pretreated wastewater to a municipal wastewater treatment facility, there are also many circumstances in which an industrial wastewater permit is necessary.  TES is experienced in preparation and review of industrial wastewater permit applications.  TES can also assist with wastewater pretreatment and municipal pretreatment agreements.

Industrial Stormwater

TPDES storm water permits, one component of the TPDES program, regulate storm water discharges from industrial activities, construction activities, and municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) to Texas waters.  TES prepares stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) and can assist with quarterly and annual monitoring and inspections.
