Leah joined Titanium Environmental
Services, LLC (TES) in 2008, bringing 30 years of
proven and aggressive experience in environmental management. She
takes a proactive approach to identify and address concerns before
they become problems. An excellent facilitator between people with
divergent interests, she focuses on the endpoint to bring projects
to successful completion. Leah has extensive experience in the areas
of Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, groundwater
investigations, waste site closures, and pollution prevention
projects. Leah has obtained numerous air permits, including a Title
V Federal Operating Permit, state New Source Review (NSR) permits, an amendment to
New Source Performance Standards (NSPS)/Prevention of Significant
Deterioration (PSD)
permit, and Voluntary Emission Reduction Permit for formerly
“grandfathered” facilities.
Leah has developed and taught DOT hazmat training programs for
highway and railroad employees.
Since arriving at TES, she has focused primarily on air
permitting and compliance, helping to obtain an air permit in three
month’s time for a new facility in the area. She has also worked to
bring a client’s wastewater system into compliance.
Leah has been a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) at
the Master’s Level since 1985. She has a B.S. degree in chemistry
from Centenary College.
