Judy is an Environmental Scientist and has been with Titanium Environmental Services, LLC (TES) since August 2008. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University. Judy has 27 years experience in environmental management. She brings extensive experience in the areas of wastewater, groundwater, drinking water, surface water and solid waste analysis; wastewater and waste management, including compliance, permitting, registration, analysis, quality assurance, groundwater monitoring, pollution prevention, emergency response and reporting; environmental, health and safety management including setting goals and objectives, action planning and implementation, budgeting, internal and external reporting, and public relations; as well as due diligence support and internal and third party auditing.

Judy specializes in industrial waste management, but her varied experience and training will benefit a variety of client needs.

She has received training in the following areas: industrial and hazardous waste management, DOT Hazardous Materials, Source Reduction/Waste Minimization, 10-hour OSHA General Industry Safety Course, 24-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and media communications.
