Jeannie Jeffus is a TES Environmental Scientist and
has been with the company since January 2007. Jeannie is a graduate of
Texas A&M-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental
science. Jeannie was previously an enlisted member of the United States
Navy. Through her five years of active duty time as a Machinist Mate in
the Auxiliaries Division of the Engineering Department, she gained
knowledge in federal and international regulations while performing
various tasks including participating in the installation, maintenance
and implementation of marine pollution control systems and equipment on
board the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).
Currently, Jeannie is involved with Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) and storm water inspections, ground
water monitoring, Method 9 opacity, Phase I site assessments, storm
water pollution prevention plans and spill prevention control and
countermeasure plans.
Jeannie’s particular areas of interest include
ground water monitoring, Method 9 opacity and environmental
compliance for the oil, gas and manufacturing industries.
